I am a partner in the firm’s land development team advising on all matters related to residential land development.
I support clients with land acquisition and sale, options and conditional contracts, overage, development agreements, joint ventures, infrastructure agreements and plot sales.
I have acted for a number of my client’s for many years and take an interest in all areas of their business. I seek to advise in clear and concise terms and to highlight potential issues at an early stage so as to avoid delay.
I have a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading and qualified as a solicitor in 2000. I joined Moore Blatch in 2011 (now Moore Barlow, May 2020).
Outside of work I am kept busy by two young children and enjoy most sports including football, golf and tennis. I am a supporter of Ipswich Town football club and manage my son’s football team.
