About Victoria

I am a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Clinical Negligence department and have a wide range of experience covering areas such as misdiagnosis/failure to diagnose and surgical errors. I have particular expertise in neurological and spinal injuries and have settled claims worth several millions of pounds.

I work quickly to understand how my client’s injuries are impacting on their lives so I can assist them by helping source care, therapies and equipment for their benefit.

I am accredited by the Law Society as Clinical Negligence Specialist. I have achieved accredited status as a Senior Litigator of APIL and am a member of the APIL Clinical Negligence and Brain Injury Special Interest Groups.

I am also a member of the charity AvMA, a co-ordinator of the Surrey Silverlining Group and a Trustee for the White Lodge Centre based in Chertsey, Surrey, which helps provide support to disabled children and adults with neurological conditions.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the theatre and in particular enjoy foreign travel.
