Moore Barlow advises on Climb Global Solutions’ acquisition of interworks.cloud

Moore Barlow has advised on the acquisition of interworks.cloud by Climb Global Solutions, a NASDAQ listed global IT channel company, as the business accelerates the expansion of its cloud and software distribution capabilities across Europe in a deal worth approximately €8.0 million.

interworks.cloud, a leading cloud distributor headquartered in Greece, provides cloud services and solutions to an extensive network of resellers and managed service providers. The acquisition significantly strengthens Climb Global Solutions’ presence across Southeastern Europe and expands its Pan European Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider distribution footprint.

The transaction also brings more than 600 reseller and managed service provider relationships across Greece, Malta, Cyprus and Bulgaria into Climb’s network, broadening its reach across the region and unlocking new opportunities for growth in cloud and software distribution.

The European cloud distribution market continues to experience sustained investment and consolidation, with 52.7% of enterprises within the EU using paid cloud services in 2025. Strategic acquisitions such as this highlight the growing importance of strong regional distribution capabilities and established reseller networks in delivering cloud services at scale.

Moore Barlow’s Corporate Team advised Climb Global Solutions on all aspects of the transaction, including drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation and coordinating the legal workstreams across the deal. The team also supported the client through the due diligence and disclosure process, navigating the complexities of a cross-border transaction involving a US-listed buyer and a European target business.

The team at Moore Barlow was led by Jeremy Over (Partner), alongside Natasha Jones (Legal Director), Tamia Varghese (Solicitor) and Sarah Crookall (Partner).

The acquisition of interworks.cloud marks an exciting step in strengthening our cloud and software distribution capabilities across Europe. The business has built an outstanding reputation and partner network across Southeastern Europe, and we look forward to supporting its continued growth as part of Climb. The legal team at Moore Barlow provided clear and pragmatic advice and a highly responsive service throughout the process and played a key role in ensuring the transaction progressed smoothly to completion – they were a pleasure to work with.
