Benefits and rewards

Build a career that matters, with a firm that puts people first.

At Moore Barlow, we’re committed to offering a benefits package that’s competitive, comprehensive and relevant for our people.

It’s designed to support financial welfare, protect our people’s future, recognise their achievements and meet their health, wellbeing and lifestyle needs.

We review our benefits regularly so we continue to offer market-leading options that reflect the different needs of people across the firm at every stage of life and career. As our workforce evolves, so does our approach, making sure our benefits stay practical, flexible and genuinely useful day to day.

From core financial protections to wellbeing resources and ways to balance life outside work, our aim is simple: to provide benefits that help you feel secure, valued and supported in the moments that matter.

Most benefits apply to everyone, while some may vary by level or contract. Partners also take part in a transparent profit scheme.
