About Ruth
I am a Senior Associate Solicitor with a wealth of experience in medical negligence claims, having specialised in this area throughout my career. I have dealt with a full range of medical negligence claims, including brain injuries, delayed diagnosis of cancer, and spinal injury claims.
I joined Moore Blatch in 2018 (now Moore Barlow, May 2020), having previously worked at other leading firms in London and Hampshire.
I act for clients from all walks of life who have been injured due to clinical negligence. It is my passion to help people obtain answers where mistakes have been made, but also to look at how their lives have been impacted and what can be done to assist them. I combine a technical approach to the medical and legal aspects of winning claims with a practical approach to assessing my clients’ needs. For example, where liability is admitted I will seek to obtain interim payments of compensation so that my clients’ immediate needs can be met.
