About Rupeena
I am a Partner within the commercial property team based in our Woking office.
I provide businesses and private individuals with commercial property advice and have extensive experience in dealing with commercial leases, freehold acquisition and disposals and portfolio management.
I act for clients operating across a wide range of industries, with particular experience in the retail and office sectors.
I aim to provide first-rate service to my clients by providing pragmatic, comprehensive and commercial advice. My clients value my attention to detail and straightforward manner, as well as my ability to quickly understand their objectives and expectations. I find that open communication is key to success in any transaction, and I always try my best to be easily contactable.
Above all, I pride myself on providing a personal service and I’m driven by the satisfaction of achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients.
I trained and practised at an international law firm before establishing my own boutique firm, specialising in commercial property transactions. Following my firm’s merger with another practice, I headed up their commercial property team before ultimately joining Moore Barlow as Partner in 2023.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young children. When the kids give me some time out, I love going on long walks with my dog, Rolo.
