About Zach
As an Associate in the Corporate Team, I advise clients on a wide range of matters, including company acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations and general company law matters.
Having joined Moore Barlow as a Paralegal in 2022, I have built strong experience across a variety of sectors, assisting owner-managed businesses and larger corporate clients.
In 2025, I completed a six-month secondment at Meridian Corporate Finance where I worked closely with advisers and management teams on private equity transactions, valuations and deal structuring and gained valuable insight into the commercial drivers behind transactions.
I completed my route to qualification as a solicitor in 2025 via the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE), having gained my qualifying work experience within the Corporate Team at Moore Barlow.
Outside of the office, I enjoy running and recently completed my first marathon. I am also a long-suffering Ferrari fan when watching Formula 1.

Zach’s case highlights
- Advised on the sale of D2E International VT Consultants Ltd to American company VDA, in a multi-million-pound deal.
- Assisted in a joint venture between ultra-rapid charging company Fastned and Places for London, owned by Transport for London in December 2024.
- Supported on the sale of HireTech by Venture Precision Engineering Group to a US buyer in 2023.
