About Victoria
I am a Senior associate with over 10 years experience specialising in planning law. I focus on providing commercially pragmatic and clear solutions in what can be a technically complex area of law. I am experienced in drafting and negotiating s106 agreements, as well as providing strategic development advice and legal analysis in respect of planning applications and appeals.
I act for a variety of clients including developers, house builders, landowners and local authorities in respect of both contentious and non contentious work across the South of England. I am also experienced in highway law and compulsory purchase orders as well as planning enforcement.
Professional background
I have specialised in planning law for over 10 years and have previously been named as an Associate to watch for planning by Chambers UK. I also lectured at the University of Reading’s school of Real estate and planning, part of the Henley business school for over 3 years.
Outside of work I am kept busy by my young family, and I like to spend the majority of my free time outside either walking in the countryside or in the garden.
