About Abigail
I am a Chartered Legal Executive with over five years’ experience in private client work. I support individuals with the administration of a loved one’s estate.
The period following the death of a loved one can be a very difficult and stressful time. I support executors and personal representatives who have been appointed by the deceased under the terms of their Will, or by statute under the intestacy rules.
Executors and personal representatives are often family members or close friends of the deceased. I help them with the initial stages in estate administration, including making all necessary enquiries to obtain the information needed to apply for the grant of representation. I also help finalise tax affairs and help distribute the estate to beneficiaries.
It is my job to help clients deal with these matters as sensitively and efficiently as possible.
I am a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and am currently working towards completing my qualification.
Outside of work I enjoy reading, going to the cinema and the theatre, and singing in a local choir.
