About Jack
As a corporate solicitor with a deep focus on mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring, and corporate transactions, I provide strategic, clear, and practical legal advice to help businesses and individuals achieve their goals.
Since qualifying in June 2023 and joining Moore Barlow, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients across the south coast and beyond, delivering results-driven solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
With expertise gained from working in corporate law since April 2021, I have been involved in high-value transactions, helping clients navigate complex legal landscapes. - Assisted in the sale of Future Build Recruitment Ltd, a specialist UK-based white-collar recruitment company, to Hercules Site Services PLC.
- Played a key role in the £12m sale of the soft drink brand Rio to A.G. Barr for £12.3m.
