Moore Barlow assists in sale of Future Build Recruitment to Hercules Site Services 

Moore Barlow’s Corporate transactions team has advised the shareholders of Future Build Recruitment Limited on the sale of a majority stake of the company to Hercules Site Services PLC, the AIM-listed, leading supplier of labour to the UK’s construction industry.

Founded in 2010, Future Build Recruitment Limited is a REC accredited recruitment company that provides services to the construction industry, in the UK. Future Build Recruitment Limited’s shareholders, Richard Smith and Simon Yates, will continue to be directly involved in the business.

The transaction sees Cirencester-based Hercules, which counts construction firms Balfour Beatty, Costain, Skanska and Kier among its customers, make an acquisition after seeing strong demand for its services.

Corporate Partner, David Bright led the transaction with support from the wider Moore Barlow team. Commenting on the sale David said:
