About Laura
I am a Chartered Legal Executive within the land development team. I undertake all aspects of land development including site acquisitions and disposals, infrastructure and statutory agreements. I also deal with strategic land matters including overage agreements.
I have an extensive background in dealing with residential new build estate set ups and plot sales enabling me to understand the complexities when dealing with land acquisitions and all aspects of residential development. I also have experience of general commercial property and landlord and tenant matters. I act for property developers of all sizes from small to regional housebuilders.
I enjoy socialising, spending time with my family and attending football matches.
