About Julian
I specialise in assisting clients with the purchase and management of commercial investment property portfolios and leisure properties.
I work with a wide range of commercial property clients across a number of sectors.
In addition to real estate, I also have extensive experience in the sale and purchase of large agricultural estates and development land, including overage arrangements and options.
My clients look to me to provide them with straight-talking advice that helps them make the best commercial decisions. I do this by first ensuring that I understand exactly what my clients want to achieve, and then working with them to create the right legal strategy for their business.
Outside work I enjoy time with my family, grandfatherly duties, and singing in choirs (the earlier the music the better).
