About Olu
I am a Senior Associate Solicitor in the land development team, based in the Southampton office.
I qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and prior to joining Moore Barlow in February 2020 have worked in a variety of roles in both commercial and residential property and in Real Estate finance in London and Southampton.
I advise residential developers in connection with land acquisitions, options, conditional contracts, overage agreements and development and promotion agreements. I also act for landowners on strategic land opportunities.
I also have experience of acting for borrowers and a range of lenders on real estate finance projects.
Away from the office, I enjoy travel and trips to the theatre.
