About Rebecca
I am an Associate solicitor in Moore Barlow’s personal injury team. I specialise in high value, complex claims representing both adults and children. I regularly deal with cases involving road traffic accidents, accidents at work and in public places, as well as injuries arising as a result of a criminal act.
I represent clients from all over the UK and often visit them and their families whilst they are still in hospital or at rehabilitation facilities. As the case progresses, I am happy to offer home visits or meet clients in one of our offices, if they prefer.
I am absolutely passionate about helping both clients and their families navigate their way through the devastating and traumatic period following a life changing accident. This includes helping them to access early and ongoing rehabilitation, practical support and interim payments, as well as negotiating the best possible settlement for them.
I have been representing personal injury claimants for 25 years and in that time, I have gained experience in dealing with a broad range of personal injury claims, including those arising from accidents at work, road traffic accidents, criminal acts and public liability incidents. I am also experienced in dealing with fatal cases.
For almost 20 years I have specialised in dealing with catastrophic injury claims, including the most serious poly-traumatic injuries, amputations, spinal cord damage and brain injuries. I have particular experience and expertise of acting in cases involving brain injury.
Myself and the rest of the team are mindful of how overwhelming and daunting the claims process can be for claimants and their families and we provide support and guidance every step of the way.
I am married and have two children and an Australian Labradoodle dog. Together we all enjoy long muddy walks and travel adventures!
I also enjoy challenging myself to achieve new things. I ran my first full marathon aged 41 to raise money for cancer charities.
