About Antonia

  • Court of Protection

I am an experienced Paralegal in the community care and public law team.

I work alongside the personal injury and medical negligence team providing advice and assistance in relation to use of Attorneys and Deputies.

We help the most vulnerable in our society – the elderly, disabled and children.

I advise potential Deputies on making applications to the Court of Protection for a Deputyship Order when someone is unable to manage their property and financial affairs. I assist in the application process and in the day to day management of the deputyship. I also advise the deputies of their role and responsibilities, along with supporting the family.

I enjoy the beach and try to visit as much as possible, whether that be for a walk, or surfing. I am very lucky to come from the Westcountry which has lots of beaches, so I visit family there often.
