I joined the clinical negligence team in Richmond in April 2017 as a Paralegal and I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2022. I found a passion for this field having worked in it since 2013, so I decided to study to become a lawyer alongside work.
I work with clients who have suffered serious avoidable injury because efforts to treat them have gone wrong. Our clients and those who love them are often distressed when they come to us, so I make it a priority to put those we help at ease and ensure that I build lasting and trusting relationships. If clients are concerned about the complexity of the legal process, I provide clarity and reassurance. I am always more than happy to answer any queries clients may have as their case progresses.
I am involved in a variety of claims including those arising from delays in diagnosing conditions (for example encephalitis and cancer), surgical errors, birth injuries and those which involve inadequate consent for surgery.
