About Kieran
I am a newly qualified solicitor in the medical negligence team.
I joined Moore Barlow in September 2021, having completed my legal practice course and Master of Laws. I have recently completed my training contract, where I spent a year working within the medical negligence team before qualifying in September 2023. I have also spent 6 months within the personal injury team, and a further 6 months within the court of protection team.
I represent clients who have suffered serious and, sadly, avoidable injuries as a result of substandard care. I am passionate about helping clients through extremely difficult times and obtaining the compensation they deserve. I empathise with clients whose lives have been drastically altered by medical negligence, and I am keen to guide them through the legal process.
My role within the team is to assist experienced, senior solicitors in relation to a variety of medical negligence claims such as birth injuries, maternal injuries, surgical errors, and sight loss. I have a particular interest in spinal and neurological conditions, such as cauda equina syndrome.
It is rewarding to drive positive change within the medical field, and I am pleased to have a role in helping the NHS to improve patient safety.
