About Roger

I am a pro-active, hands on corporate partner with over 25 years’ experience supporting clients with M&A, private equity and public markets deals.

My clients range from medium-sized organisations to global companies. I help them extract the best value from their corporate deals.

I support the full spectrum of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures, corporate finance, stock market flotations and fundraisings and a range of other commercial matters.

Over recent years, my team has successfully completed more than £1bn of deals.

I provide clients with legal advice that is commercially aware and practical. When issues arise, I provide clarity, good judgement and a quick response.

Momentum is vital for my clients, so I make sure any potential delays are dealt with quickly and effectively. I am recognised as a problem-fixer.
