Advising Cellpath to be bought by a US medical manufacturer

Moore Barlow has advised the shareholders of Powys-headquartered CellPath on the sale of CellPath Holdings Limited’s entire issued share capital to American manufacturer of medical diagnostic equipment, StatLab Medical Products, an Audax Private Equity and Linden Capital Partners portfolio company.
