Moore Barlow has advised the shareholders of Powys-headquartered CellPath on the sale of CellPath Holdings Limited’s entire issued share capital to American manufacturer of medical diagnostic equipment, StatLab Medical Products, an Audax Private Equity and Linden Capital Partners portfolio company.
About the transaction
The Moore Barlow team was led by corporate partners, Roger Bailey and Kirsty Bowyer, and also included corporate solicitor, Isabelle Balch, employment associate, Stephanie Clark and commercial solicitor, Quintin Farley. Our vast experience ensured that the transaction was completed in the smoothest and most efficient way possible for our clients.
Advising on the acquisition from start to finish, with involvement from the heads of terms through to completion which included extensive due diligence and disclosure exercises, we provided the assurance and certainty that our clients needed and made sure that they were comfortable with every aspect of the deal. Following completion of the deal the company will continue operating in the same locations and under the existing leadership structure to prevent any business disruption.
