About Ashley
I am a dual qualified lawyer, both an admitted South African legal practitioner and recently admitted solicitor of England and Wales.
I support the corporate team by providing advice to businesses and individuals on wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, private equity, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, corporate reorganisation and restructuring, employee incentives and various other corporate related matters.
Other than my love for law, I have always had a love for horses and although I have participated in various equine disciplines, Polocrosse has been my favourite. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling and watching rugby.
