About Gary
I am an ACILEx Senior Paralegal in the Court of Protection department, specialising in the management of Property and Affairs Deputyships.
The majority of my clients are individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of medical negligence or personal injury, and been awarded substantial compensation to meet their future needs. My focus is on supporting clients through their litigation claim, and then managing their financial affairs under a deputyship order for the remainder of their lives. This can include assistance with any aspect of their lives, including but not limited to property purchase, sales, equipment orders and benefits claims.
I also assist the Deputies with the completion of annual reports to the Office of the Public Guardian.
I enjoy finding places to walk with my 4 year old son in the area around our new home, drawing and writing.
