About Lee
I am a highly experienced partner working in property. I specialise in supporting clients with all aspects of land development and secured lending work.
My clients are developers (national, regional and local) and funders (clearing bank and specialist). I provide solutions for whatever issues they face.
Clients value my commercial approach and the pragmatic solutions that I create when dealing with the most complex arrangements.
I carry out a full range of real estate work on behalf of clients. I have particular experience in the area of securing development funding for both borrower and lender clients. Typical deal sizes that I act on tend to range in value from £2m – £50m.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and joined Moore Barlow in 2016 as a partner. I have specialised in real estate since qualification and have for the past 20 years worked in and around Southampton.
Outside of work I am kept busy by my family and enjoy cinema, reading, and the occasional game of tennis.
