About Isabelle
I joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2019 having completed my law degree at the University of Winchester and my LPC at the University of Law in Guildford. I qualified into the corporate team in September 2021, and I am now an associate based in our Southampton office.
I act for both businesses and individuals across a variety of industries on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and general corporate work such as shareholders’ agreements, share issues and share buybacks.
Outside of work I play football for a local Sunday league team, AFC Varsity who the corporate team at Moore Barlow kindly sponsor. I also love watching football (I am unfortunately a big Manchester United fan) and I enjoy walking and going to the gym.

- Advising the shareholders of Computer and Network Consultants Limited on its sale to FluidOne, backed by private equity investor Livingbridge.
- Advising New Path Fire and Secrutiny on multiple acquisitions and its recent financing deal worth £20m.
- Advising Symetrica Limited, the global leader in radiation detection and identification, on a fundraising by way of equity investment from existing investors.
- Advising the shareholders of Security Limited on the sale of its entire issued share capital to Acora Group.
- Advising the shareholders of The Alarming Company Limited on a Management buy-out (MBO) of the company.
- Advising the shareholders of CellPath Holdings Limited on the sale of its entire issued share capital to American manufacturer of medical diagnostic equipment, StatLab Medical Products, an Audax Private Equity and Linden Capital Partners portfolio company.
