About Fadwa

I am a Partner in the firm’s serious injury team and I specialise in high value, complex claims representing both adults and children. I am passionate about the work I do and I help my clients with arranging private medical treatment, rehabilitation and securing the best possible settlement.

My clients are nationwide and I like to maintain regular contact by visiting them at their home, in hospital or at rehabilitation centres.

As most of my clients have suffered life changing injuries, my primary concern is always to ensure they have early access to rehabilitation and treatment. I put in place a team of support to help optimise their recovery and take a proactive approach liaising and meeting with the therapists, case managers and consultants.

I always look to secure early interim payments where possible as I understand just how difficult life can be for my clients and their families following an accident.

I work closely with charities and frequently participate in their fund raising events.
