About Nitzan
I advise clients on all corporate tax related matters including share schemes and property taxes, i.e. SDLT and VAT. I’m always happy to discuss any matter with you so that you become aware of any tax implications that may affect your transaction.
I became a solicitor in 2000. I’ve since worked in the city and other major firms as a corporate tax lawyer. I now provide consultancy services to law firms.
In my spare time I try to keep active as much as I can. Mainly walking along the beach or riding my bike. I also get involved in various charity work.
