About Richard
I am a partner in the firm specialising in supporting clients with commercial property and development work, some of which has residential components.
My clients include national property companies and funds, corporate occupiers, property developers and private investors. I advise clients from various sectors on property work, including retail and leisure, residential, offices, industrial and redevelopment schemes.
I assist clients with acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, development and landlord and tenant work (acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants). I have particular expertise in project managing complex transactions efficiently for my clients.
I am familiar with the specific requirements of corporate occupiers and have acted on some of London’s most prestigious office lettings in recent years.
I trained and practised at an international law firm before moving to a well-known West End law firm which focuses on property and private client work. I joined Moore Blatch (now Moore Barlow, May 2020) as a partner in October 2017 and am based in the firm’s City of London office.
I am married with two young sons. In my spare time, I enjoy being a dad, cooking and gardening.
