About Georgina

I am a team leader in the financial services litigation team.

I work on a range legal matters to help recover assets on behalf of major lenders and mortgage providers.

Extensive practical experience over many years, combined with a detailed knowledge of this area of the law means we can act quickly and decisively on behalf of our clients to achieve the best possible outcome. We specialise in both commercial and residential properties.

Along with the team, I also have experience in obtaining possession in situations when the borrowers have died or the term of the mortgage has expired and the loans have not been repaid.
