About Helen
I have practised in property law, both commercial and residential, for more than 35 years, acting for a wide range of clients, from property investors, developers and banks to owner occupiers and private landowners. These days most of my work is in the commercial property field, dealing with leases, freehold acquisitions and disposals, and general commercial and residential property development, acting both for developers and landowners seeking to maximise the value of their property. My approach is to get to know my clients and what is important to them, and then help them achieve their goals in a practical and pragmatic way, always looking for solutions rather than problems.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and have held various management roles over the years, including being the Executive Partner and Chairman of Barlow Robbins (Moore Blatch & Barlow Robbins merged, May 2020) and the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice for over 10 years. Currently, I sit on the Moore Barlow Executive Board.
