About Rebecca

I help clients with issues that may arise or have arisen in corporate and private insolvency situations.

My clients include insolvency practitioners, company directors and individuals at various stages of an insolvency process. I provide them with practical solutions in order to secure the best possible outcome in the most cost-effective way.

I pursue all types of antecedent transactions on behalf of clients.  I also advise on various applications including:

  • Presenting or defending a petition
  • Interim orders
  • Emergency injunctive applications
  • Administration applications
  • Applications for validation
  • Claims
  • Asset recovery

I am a very active, social person who loves my food. In my spare time I can be found running along Southsea seafront, cycling, breaking my promise to retire from netball, planning my next meal and socialising with friends.
