About Verity

As an Associate within Moore Barlow’s residential property team, I am an adviser to clients in all legal aspects of buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, for property in London and the South East of England.

My expertise is specifically tailored to the needs of, individuals perhaps buying their first, or dream home; corporations entering into strategic property investments; executors or attorneys selling a loved-one’s home; and lenders looking for proper protection and security for their capital.

I bring a down to earth, yet comprehensive and efficient approach to the legal intricacies surrounding property transactions, ensuring that each client is guided through the process as seamlessly as possible. I strive to align the legal process of buying, selling, or investing in property, with the unique goals and objectives of each client.

Having lived in Surrey my whole life, I am very familiar with area within which I work, and as a result am often able to use my local knowledge to my client’s advantage.

In my spare time, I enjoy walks in the local countryside, and lots of baking. I have also particularly enjoyed renovating (both inside and out) the historic converted property I live in.
