About Helen

I am a charity law specialist and I act as both trustee and advisor to a wide range of charitable organisations, including independent schools, as well as social enterprises, on a national and international basis.

I advise on charity registration, restructuring, governance and constitutional issues, trustees’ duties and responsibilities and all aspects of charity law. I regularly present on charity law issues, publish articles in the third sector press and sit on working groups for the Charity Law Association.

I provide one-off governance reviews and Away Day training tailored to individual clients. I am on the Charity Commission panel of Interim Managers and I have acted as such for a large religious charity.
