About Thomas
I am a diligent and ambitious trainee solicitor currently undergoing my training contract at Moore Barlow, where I am gaining invaluable experience across various legal practice areas. With a strong foundation in law established through the SQE route of qualification and a background in Geography from my undergraduate studies, I bring a unique perspective and skill set to the legal profession.
Currently, I am undertaking my second seat of training at our firm’s City office, where I am working in Commercial Property law. This exciting opportunity allows me to work on a wide range of transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and development projects. I am gaining valuable experience in negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic advice to clients in the commercial real estate sector.
My journey into law began with a fascination for how legal frameworks shape our society, leading me to pursue a law conversion at the University of Law Moorgate after completing my undergraduate degree in Geography at the University of Birmingham. The SQE route has provided me with a comprehensive and practical approach to legal education, equipping me with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the legal profession.
As I continue to progress through my training contract, I am eager to explore different practice areas, further develop my legal skills, and contribute to the success of our clients and firm. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services, upholding the highest ethical standards, and making a positive impact in the legal community.
I like to spend my evenings and weekends either on the judo mats or in the gym. When given the chance, I will escape to the mountains to ski and enjoy a little après.
