About Callum
I am a Senior associate based in Moore Barlow’s City of London office and have over 10 years’ experience transacting in the Commercial real estate sector.
I act for a diverse client base ranging from high-net-worth individuals, owner managed businesses through to global PLCs involving multi-million pound transactions.
My practice encompasses a wide range of matters including acquisitions, management and disposals of freehold and leasehold property including mixed use developments, commercial lease transactions acting for both landlord and tenant and property financings.
I have expertise in a number of sectors including EV charging, hospitality and leisure (including restaurants, bars, public houses and high street retail) and office lettings.
In my time away from work, I enjoy following Reading FC around the country and spending time with my family. I am due to become a dad for the first time, so there is (and will be) plenty to keep me busy!
