About Simi
I am a Senior associate in the firm’s Financial services litigation team, advising banks and lenders.
I advise receivers appointed on various aspects of property transactions following their appointments.
I work with banks and lenders and advise them on repossession sales. I also advise on borrowers’ applications that affect the security following completion of a loan, such as leases, transfers of equity or sales of part.
My clients receive plain-speaking advice on the options available to them. Our expert legal support helps them complete deals as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
I studied for my LLB at Brunel university and then went onto complete the LPC at the University of Law. I qualified as a solicitor in 2017 at a local regional law firm and have 7+ PQE specialising in property finance acting for lenders and borrowers in a variety of secured lending transactions. I joined Moore Barlow in November 2024.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and travelling the world, experiencing new places and cultures.
