About Claire
I am an Associate in the employment team and qualified in 2010. My clients range from companies to individuals, and I advise on all aspects of employment law.
I draft and negotiate settlement packages, contracts of employment and provide general advisory support to HR. I advise on Tribunal claims, employment rights and obligations, redundancies and restrictions, restrictive covenants and provide corporate support and TUPE advice on the employment aspects of transactions.
I enjoy watching rugby and football and travelling to New Zealand.
