About Louise
I am a Partner within the Commercial Property team based in our Southampton office.
I have many years of experience in acting for private individuals and businesses in the acquisition of property as owner/occupiers or for investment. My clients also comprise developers acquiring property for conversion and development to include auction purchases and those with short term funding.
In addition, I undertake landlord and tenant work in the management of investment properties and frequently act for tenants in a wide range of industries when taking leases.
My clients require a commercial and pragmatic approach whilst also getting the detail right and speed is often required. I believe strongly in giving a personal service and ensuring that clients can easily contact me.
I qualified in 2007 and prior to joining Moore Barlow in October 2019 I held a variety of roles working in both the commercial and residential sectors and have a broad knowledge of practical and legal issues relating to property.
Outside of work I am kept busy by my two young daughters and my menagerie of animals. I also love to run and spend a lot of time outdoors in the lovely British weather getting the miles in.
