About Francesca
I am a solicitor in the commercial property team. I deal with a range of property transactions including landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases, and remortgages.
I am involved in drafting and negotiating leases and licences, unravelling complex title issues, and dealing with both registered and unregistered land including transfers of part.
I initially gained experience in our plot sales team, whilst studying for, and undertaking, SQE1 and SQE2. I later joined the commercial property team as a trainee, before qualifying into it.
