About Erin
I deal with all aspects of family law both inside and outside the Court process, including divorce, civil partnership dissolution and financial issues and cohabitee disputes.
I have experience in assisting clients where there are high value and/or complex assets including cases which involve assets in multiple jurisdictions. In addition, I advise on and prepare separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
I also assist clients in resolving arrangements for children, ranging from day-to-day living arrangements to complex and protracted private children law matters concerning applications to internationally relocate, child abduction and cases involving allegations of domestic abuse.
I am a member of Resolution and I am focused on resolving disputes as amicably and constructively as possible.
