About Lucy

I am a residential property associate based in the Guildford office. I am experienced in all types of conveyancing – whether that’s buying & selling leasehold or freehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

I have a range of clients from probate & attorney sales, first time buyers, repeat company investment purchasers, and individuals buying and selling their homes. I believe clear and effective communication at all stages of the transaction between all parties is imperative. I seek to work as efficiently as possible whilst providing an individual tailored service to my clients.

I love to bake and I am an avid reader. I am teaching myself how to play guitar and enjoy a good gin.
