I am a senior plot sales conveyancer working with the land development team. I support clients who are selling new-build properties.
My clients are national house-builders and developers looking to sell their new-build properties as quickly as possible. Speed is of the essence, so I help them by ensuring that the conveyancing process runs like clockwork.
Working with me means that my clients have assurance that everything is being done to ensure the fastest possible turnaround. I make sure contract packs go out on a same day basis wherever possible, and I deal with any related issues immediately so that issues are dealt with before becoming a bigger problem.
