About Emily

I act for clients bringing claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, where reasonable financial provision has not been made from the deceased’s estate.

I investigate validity disputes, where there is concern that a deceased person lacked capacity at the time of drafting their Will, or, was unduly influenced by another person to leave their estate in a manner which did not reflect their true wishes.

I am an approachable and efficient solicitor who will provide you with clarity as to your options and, where possible, practical solutions.

I read law at the University of Kent at Canterbury and have worked mainly in litigation as well as in the charity sector.

I live in Arundel with my husband and enjoy country walks and exploring new places.
