About Ben
I am a Partner in the firm’s land development team and specialise in all aspects of land development. I also have expertise in commercial landlord and tenant matters.
I predominantly act for local and regional house builders, promoters and investors, but also provide businesses with commercial landlord and tenant advice.
I offer a comprehensive service backed up by many years of sector experience. I have acted for several of my clients for many years and take a keen interest in their business so that I can fully understand their objectives and expectations. My objective is to offer clients a pragmatic approach backed up by sound technical advice.
Outside of work I enjoy being a Dad to my son and have a keen interest in sport, particularly football.
