About Naomi
With over twenty years of specialist experience, I guide HR professionals, in-house counsel, senior management and individuals through the complexities of employment law.
I have been a partner at Moore Barlow for more than a decade, having previously worked at firms in the City, and have honed my skills to provide effective and commercial legal counsel.
For my corporate clients, I serve in a pivotal general advisory role. Recognising the urgency that employment issues demand, my clients trust that they can reach out to me at any time. I specialise in navigating challenges such as redundancies, restructurings, disciplinaries, grievances and adeptly defending employment tribunal litigation. Understanding the critical need to be accessible and responsive, I excel in sectors where swift responses to breaches of confidentiality and restrictive covenants are imperative. I leverage my extensive experience and lead a dynamic team to address these situations, safeguarding businesses from potential commercial risks.
On the individual front, I offer clear and pragmatic employment law advice to employees. Whether it’s advising on contracts and service agreements at the onset of employment or providing guidance on settlement agreements and termination packages, I ensure clients are well-informed about their rights and the associated risks and costs when they have been treated unlawfully. Should litigation be necessary, I am committed to providing robust representation, backed by a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for my clients.
Weekends tend to revolve around the social lives of my active boys, often spent cheering from the sidelines of a rugby pitch. When given the chance, you’ll find me walking in Richmond Park before cooking with a glass of wine in hand.
