About Quintin

I am a solicitor in the Commercial & Technology team, where I assist clients with all their legal and commercial needs in our practice area.

Much of my work revolves around reviewing and drafting technology and commercial agreements, which typically includes distribution and service agreements, software licensing, integration projects and outsourcing.

In addition, I spend a lot of time advising clients in relation to their intellectual property, and other intangibles, and manage trade mark portfolios and applications.

Increasingly, I am assisting clients in relation to data protection law compliance and put in place the agreements that they need to protect the personal data that they are processing.

Our clients range from start-up companies to well-established international businesses. I aim to be an integral member of a client’s legal or commercial team and always strive to provide practical, concrete advice rather than “academic” advice.

Outside the office (and Covid-permitting), I regularly enjoy a variety of West End productions and art exhibitions and am an avid follower of both mainstream and low budget cinema. I am also a keen traveller, living and working in Australia for a year and a half, visiting New Zealand, South Korea, Laos, Vietnam and Hong Kong along the way.
