About Nichola

I am a solicitor in the commercial dispute resolution team. I advise and act for a variety of clients including individuals, corporate clients and businesses in low and high value claims. I have particular expertise in professional negligence claims against professional advisors such as solicitors, barristers, accountants, financial advisors and surveyors. My experience also extends to a variety of commercial and business disputes including breach of contract, negligence, fraud and disputed debt recovery claims.

I have worked on cases in both the County Court and High Court, Business and Property Courts. I have also assisted on a number of Judicial Review claims, acting for claimants and interested parties.
I completed my training contract at a large regional law firm based in Surrey, qualifying as a Solicitor in August 2018. During my training contract, I gained experience in family, employment, corporate, conveyancing and commercial litigation/dispute resolution.

I graduated from Cardiff University with a Law degree in 2013 and completed my Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford, in 2016.

I like to listen to the needs and attitude to risk of each client in order to advise them appropriately. I ensure my clients fully understand the legal process, costs and risks involved in both court proceedings and out of court settlements throughout their matter. I also like to provide clients with an analysis of various options appropriate to their claim so that they are able to make the decisions best suited to them.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit with swimming and running and taking part in charitable sporting events, going for long walks with my dogs and baking.
