About Hesham

I am an Immigration Lawyer and help businesses and individuals with a wide range of immigration matters (private & business), including visa applications, audits and compliance and Tribunal appeals.

I work with employers and businesses to help them manage their recruitment of non-domestic workers, visa requirements and legal obligations as sponsor licence holders. I assist clients appeal against civil penalty notices issued in relation to illegal working.

I also work with private individuals to help them with personal immigration matters such as applications to remain in the UK as investors or business owners, family migration, EU migration and human rights appeals.

I am an experienced advocate, frequently representing clients in appeals to the First and Upper Tier Tribunals.

I studied Law and European Studies at the University of Surrey and trained as a Barrister prior to qualifying as a Solicitor in 2012. I am accredited to IAAS Level 2 Supervisor in Immigration Law.

I am a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA).

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, photography and music.
