About Libby

  • Wills, tax and trusts
  • Powers of Attorney

I am a solicitor in the private wealth department based in the Guildford office. I assist clients with a variety of legal work relating to their personal affairs.

I draft Wills and handle a range of probate matters for clients. I also assist clients with the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and their registration with the Office of the Public Guardian. I aim to make often challenging times for families as straight forward as possible.

I joined Barlow Robbins LLP, now Moore Barlow LLP, as a trainee in 2016 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018. Prior to this, I worked as a paralegal for 2 years.

I enjoy spending time in the countryside with my friends and family and I am a keen horse rider, taking part in competitions whenever possible. I am on the local Point to Point committee, member of the Country Land and Business Association (CLA) and the Agricultural Law Association (ALA).
