I am a solicitor in the Richmond office dealing with all aspects of family law and relationship breakdown. I have experience with financial cases of all types, including in particular dealing with clients with high value or complex assets, or in resolving disputes over property or money between unmarried couples.
As well as finances, I help clients make arrangements for children, whether this is by agreement or through court proceedings where agreement is not possible. I am also experienced in dealing with cases concerning relocation of children within the UK and internationally.
I am committed to resolving matters constructively and amicably, outside of court if possible. I aim to give pragmatic and commercial advice without losing sight of the fact that relationship breakdown is an emotional challenge that needs to be handled sensitively. If it isn’t possible to reach agreement, then I am experienced in dealing with all sorts of court proceedings. As a solicitor-advocate, I am qualified to represent my clients in court in all types of family proceedings at all levels of court.
I have clients from a range of backgrounds including those with international assets, more complicated assets such as companies or trusts, and high net worth individuals.
Outside of work I spend my time running after my young son or hiking somewhere cold and rainy.
