Once you have been granted a sponsor licence, there are many duties you must comply with or you risk having your licence being downgraded or revoked. This is why it’s essential to not only understand what your duties will be, but also to make sure you continue to satisfy them after your licence has been approved.

- Monitoring and recording the immigration status of your migrant workers.
- Keeping appropriate and up to date details for them, such as professional registrations, accreditations and contact details.

You can have more than one Level 1 user, but one of them must be an employee. A Level 2 user is optional; they also use the SMS, but have less access than a Level 1 user. A Level 2 user doesn’t have to be an employee.
